Shereen Ramadan
Personal philosophy: Former engineer turned freediver, merging passion with precision in everything I do. My background in engineering taught me the value of structure, efficiency, and problem solving, skills that now shape how I approach my diving. Through freediving, I’ve found the perfect balance between logic and feeling, discipline and flow. Today, I live that balance every day, whether I’m teaching students to connect deeper with the water, refining my own training, or stepping onto the competition line to explore my own limits.
